THIS SUNDAY: Part II of "Divine Power Through Faith"

In our study of Matthew 17:14-23, we discovered that divine power is available to Christians through faith, which is 100% necessary to live the Christian life.

However, unbelief hinders our access to that power.

Unbelief makes it impossible to live like a Christian.

This week's focus will be on three areas of faith that will empower your Christian walk.

Three Areas (w/ scriptures references to read and study)

• The Gospel of God (the power of Victory)

  • Romans 5:1-11, Matthew 11:28-30, 1 Corinthians 15:54-57

• The Sovereignty of God (the power of providence)

  • Isaiah 46:8-13, Job 1 & 2, James 4:13-17, Romans 8:28-39

• The Wisdom of God (the power of discernment)

  • Proverbs 3:5-8, James 3:13-18

Questions To Ask

• Where is my unbelief in these three areas?

• What effect does my unbelief have in my life?

• How does prayer play into all of this?
